“For disclosure, I did not end up using this company for any projects (explanation below) so this review is geared towards their customer service. Mike came over and of the 3-4 contractors I had bid seemed the most thorough and honest. He looked at my attic, which others did not to, see if it was structurally sound to do what I wanted to do, and then explained to me why my project would not be the best choice for my space. One other sales rep from another company had also mentioned the limited space could be tight but still left a bid knowing it would be an awkwardly finished project. Bottom line, I really appreciated that Mike prioritized what was right to do for me over making a sale for a project that was feasible but not best practice for my space; It is a high level of integrity that is not commonly found.”
“I have to say that I am very pleased with the kitchen remodel that they did for me. The project manager Alex Y. was very good about keeping me updated and communicating what was going to take place and when. Also the lead guy for the ones who were doing the work was also great with letting me know when he would be back. From the project manager, the lead and the crew all were very considerate and careful not to leave a mess, they all did a great job and the best part it was done sooner than I expected. Should I need another project to be done in the future I will be calling them!”
“We selected GVD Renovations after evaluating five other proposals. Their reputation, reviews, and James Hardie siding expertise along with competitive pricing were the deciding factors. Our project included removal of the old siding and demo of an old rotted deck. The installation of James Hardie Artisan V groove siding, El Dorado stacked stone veneer, and painting the siding, gutters, and downspouts. The siding and painting teams worked hard every day with attention to detail. They communicated any questions or concerns as needed. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the end result. Our house was transformed from an outdated cottage to an updated modern farmhouse. ”

“GVD renovated our master bedroom, master walk in closet, master bathroom, guest bathroom, put all new hardwood flooring through out our home, raised a ceiling and a few other things I can't even think of, my point is there's nothing they can't do! We chose them not because they were the cheapest or most expensive, we chose then because you can tell they know what their doing, they care about making you happy and I felt safe leaving my home and fur babies everyday in their hands. “My overall experience has been great. My house had many wood sidings with dry rot replaced, sunroom demolished, wood beams removed and entire house painted. The workers came on time, courteous, worked hard and fast and yet delivered quality product. Communications with the workers and owner were maintained throughout the process.
