Kitchen & Bath Remodel in Lincoln, CA 95648
Set in a Lincoln neighborhood, this project paired a kitchen refresh with a master bathroom update. In the kitchen, our crew replaced the existing countertops and backsplash and gave the cabinetry a fresh painted finish, keeping the layout intact while updating the surfaces that get the most use. The master bath got new vanity cabinetry in the same footprint, so the room reads cleaner and more current without moving plumbing or walls.
The new kitchen counters are Cambria quartz in the Echo design, a soft, low-pattern surface chosen to keep the room calm and bright. We installed a single-bowl sink with a new faucet, set a tile backsplash, and prepped and painted the existing cabinet boxes and doors in a color selected before the finish coats went on. In the master bathroom, we removed the old vanity and installed new cabinetry directly over the existing pad, matching the same location and adding a coordinating vanity top.

Ellen R.
We found GVD Renovations from the neighborhood magazine ads. We contacted them and met with Gary. Unlike the other remodeling companies that we met with previously, Gary gave us a complete quote that same day for our kitchen and master bath remodel. GVD did an excellent job. Their workmanship is top notch. Everybody was super nice and worked really hard to complete their respective assignments. Serge did an excellent job managing the project.
