T1-11 Siding & Anlin Window Installation in Orangevale, CA 95662
The change here is easy to spot from the curb: weathered siding and aging glass gave way to fresh T1-11 panels and a full set of new Anlin windows that read crisp and current. Our crew started on the garage wall, left wall, and rear wall, stripping the old siding and trims before installing 4-by-8 sheets of T1-11 for that rustic-but-clean look. Once the walls were buttoned up, we painted the entire exterior so the new and existing siding matched edge to edge.
During tear-off we inspected the wall framing for dry rot and handled repairs to the structural members where decay had set in - the kind of hidden condition you only find once the old siding comes off. Window-wise, this was a whole-house glass package: fifteen Anlin Catalina vinyl windows in all, with retrofit units across the bedrooms, baths, living areas, and patio sliders, plus a new-construction garden window over the kitchen sink. Every unit carries Anlin's Infinit-e three-layer Low-E glass and Black ThermaCoat exterior frames, with tempered, obscured glass at the bathrooms for privacy. We wrapped the trimmed openings and corners in James Hardie ColorPlus 5/4-by-4 trim, replaced the fascia board on the rear gable, and repainted the existing metal security door in black.
