Careful prep made the difference on this Fair Oaks kitchen, where clean cut lines on the tile and crisp, even paint coverage were the priority from day one. Our crew took its time setting the new flooring and backsplash so the grout joints stayed consistent and the trim lines read straight across the room. The finished space pairs warm cabinetry with cool, soft-toned surfaces for a kitchen that feels calm and current.

The cabinetry is Forte by Roseburg in Maple Marshmallow Cream, topped with Caesarstone countertops in Coastal Grey. For the backsplash we installed Floor & Décor's Zellige Pearl Opal, set with Mapei Frost #77 grout and finished with Schluter trim in white for clean edges where the tile meets the wall. Mohawk Wanderers Loop flooring carries underfoot, and our painters rolled two coats across the walls and ceiling - one color on the walls and a separate ceiling color - to brighten the room and tie the new finishes together.
